Emily, owner of Mode Studio, created the space with the simple goal of sharing the benefits of movement for the body.
Emily is an experienced gym manager, class instructor and personal trainer and adopts a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. She enjoys the benefits of training across a variety of disciplines, coming away from goal-centric training.
Emily has worked with clients from all walks of life, with varying levels of ability and experience, and is ready to welcome you to Mode and explore how movement can benefit you.

With a degree in Sports Science and nearly ten years of experience working with clients, Yasmin is an excellent motivator and teaches across a variety of disciplines, including Pilates, weight training and pre/post-natal workshops. Yasmin believes every body should be able to feel their strongest and most confident and has the expertise and empathy to support you along the way.

Deepa’s strength is strength. Deepa works with clients who want to feel powerful, confident, and capable in their own bodies. Drawing from her background in Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, and CrossFit, Deepa’s holistic approach blends the best of strength training with mobility, rehab, and cardiovascular conditioning. Her philosophy is simple: when you invest in your body and believe in yourself, the results will last a lifetime. -
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Saul is a certified Pilates instructor with a classical ballet background, and has performed with renowned ballet companies across Europe before returning to London. With a deep understanding of movement and alignment, Saul blends the precision of ballet with the mindful strength of Pilates to create classes that are both challenging and enjoyable. Passionate about making Pilates accessible to everyone—regardless of age, experience, or fitness level— Saul fosters an environment where clients can feel supported, have fun, and work toward their goals. Each class is designed to provide a full-body workout that builds strength, improves posture, and leaves clients feeling confident and inspired.

Niki is a South London-based yoga teacher and women’s wellness professional. Her classes are a perfect blend of energy and care. Niki has trained in various yoga styles and has over eight years of teaching experience. She also offers VortexHealing© and Reiki.
