    With a degree in Sports Science and nearly ten years of experience working with clients, Yasmin is an excellent motivator and teaches across a variety of disciplines, including Pilates, weight training and pre/post-natal workshops. Yasmin believes every body should be able to feel their strongest and most confident and has the expertise and empathy to support you along the way.

    Deepa’s strength is strength. Deepa works with clients who want to feel powerful, confident, and capable in their own bodies.
    Drawing from her background in Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, and CrossFit, Deepa’s holistic approach blends the best of strength training with mobility, rehab, and cardiovascular conditioning.
    Her philosophy is simple: when you invest in your body and believe in yourself, the results will last a lifetime.
