At Mode Studio we believe personal training should feel empowering, not exclusive. Too often it’s seen as something reserved for a select few, but we’re here to change that. Our approach is built around making personal training more affordable, more flexible and ultimately more accessible to all.
Every personal training session is completely bespoke, designed around you- your lifestyle, your starting point and your unique interests. Whether you’re returning after time away, starting out, or looking to refine your routine, we meet you where you are with the tools and clarity to move forward.
We also believe personal training doesn’t have to be a forever commitment. It can be a powerful starting point, a way to build confidence, learn the fundamentals and create routine before continuing independently or within our wider studio offering. Unlike many studios that encourage long-term dependency, we focus on equipping you with the knowledge and confidence to apply to your choice of movement elsewhere, so personal training becomes a stepping stone, not a lifelong obligation.
At Mode Studio inclusivity goes beyond the space itself. It’s reflected in how we price, how we coach and how we welcome every individual through our doors.

EMILY - OWNER, PERSONAL TRAINER & CLASS INSTRUCTOR
With over 10 years experience in the industry, and through a holistic approach, Emily avoids goal-centric training methods, and focuses on encouraging movement to aid health and longevity, and to simply feel better in both body and mind. Emily has coached clients from all walks of life, all with unique needs and experience, and is confident in working with individuals to support positive, sustainable change. Emily has completed her pre/post natal course and has supported many new mums in their return to regular movement.
DEEPA - PERSONAL TRAINER & STRENGTH INSTRUCTOR
Deepa’s strength is strength. Drawing from her background in Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, and CrossFit, Deepa’s holistic approach blends the best of strength training with mobility, rehab, and cardiovascular conditioning.
BETHANY - PERSONAL TRAINER & CLASS INSTRUCTOR
Bethany is a personal trainer who loves making strength training feel realistic, functional and sustainable. She embraces a weight-neutral approach and encourages everyone to work at their own pace with a ‘come as you are’ approach to movement.
POPPY - PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Poppy is Mode Studio’s dedicated Pilates instructor. Balancing classical Pilates movements with a more modern interpretation, Poppy will be able to tailor your session to exactly what your body needs, from complete beginner, to Pilates pro.
