I am a beginner and not sure if classes are suitable for me, what do you recommend?

All of our classes are fully tailored to the individuals who attend, including complete beginners, with instructors spending time before the class starts getting to know you and your ability. If you’re unsure, or a little nervous, arrive early and take extra time to chat with your instructor, they will look after you!

What is your class cancellation policy?

We have a 10hr class cancellation window. If you cancel within 12hrs your credit will return to your account, ready for you to rebook at a future date. Cancellations outside of this window will result in loss of credits.

Do you have changing rooms and showers?

Yes, we have a large bathroom with a single shower. Class attendees are welcome to use this to get changed and/or shower after class. Please bring your own towel as we do not have a laundry service.

How long can the class packs be used for?

We offer single, 5 and 10 class packs. A single class and 5 class packs must be used within one month from purchase. 10 month packs must be used within three months of purchase.

Are classes refundable?

Unfortunately all sales are final and we are not able to offer refunds for any single classes or class packs purchased.
