Mode Studio offers a space where you can truly get in tune with your body and mind through movement, in all of its various modes. We believe in a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing, with the aim of supporting longevity and simply feeling better.

That's why we built Mode Studio. The name is a nod to the two things that inspired this space: movement and music. We're a fitness studio and a community space, where you'll find everything from the mindful flow of Pilates and Yoga to the powerful challenge of Strength and Conditioning and Boxing. We've got something for every body, designed to help you connect with yourself and your community.

I'm Emily, owner of Mode Studio. I'm here to support you in all aspects of your fitness and wellbeing and want to ensure that you feel confident and proud of everything you achieve here.

I have experienced the challenges of changing my lifestyle to achieve the level of health and fitness my body deserves, and feel very grateful that I have the opportunity to share my knowledge with you, and support you with a holistic approach to your health and wellbeing. I have worked with clients from all walks of life, with varying levels of ability and experience, witnessing my clients positive change.
