Mode Studio offers a space where you can truly get in tune with your body and mind, through movement and sound. We believe in a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing, with the aim of supporting longevity and simply feeling better.
That's why we built Mode Studio. The name is a nod to the two things that inspired this space: music and movement. We're a fitness studio and a community space rolled into one, where you can move to the rhythm of your own beat. Here, you'll find everything from the mindful flow of Pilates and Yoga to the powerful challenge of Strength and Conditioning and Boxing. We've got a little something for every body, designed to help you connect with yourself and your community.
This isn't your average studio. It’s a movement. A place to support your physical and mental wellbeing, connect to your body and others, and enjoy movement. So, come as you are, leave the baggage at the door. Let's get to work.
Emily Molly Rose Prisk
FOUNDER
I’m Emily, a personal trainer, class instructor and gym manager with over ten years of experience in the fitness and wellbeing industry. Previously, I studied music performance and have witnessed first hand it’s power and influence on how we feel, in a similar fashion to movement.
In recent years I’ve prioritised my love of music by exploring the physical and emotional benefits of sound on the mind and body. I created Mode Studio with a view to combine these two worlds and bring their many benefits to the eclectic Deptford community.
I will be teaching a range of classes, alongside a brilliant team of instructors, hand picked for their diverse skill sets to curate a timetable of classes to suit every body.
